RECAP

RECAP

What you have just read, actually happened. Two hundred and forty-three years ago today, government troops gunned down their own citizens. They burned innocent people’s homes. They turned artillery at random on homes, farms and businesses.

Not because the Colonists had shot at them — but because the Colonists refused to obey patently illegal laws.

As the United States government was reminded at the Bundy Ranch, Citizens with arms equivalent to those of the government can easoly force the government to alter its behavior.

That is one of the principles the United States was founded upon, and remains as an actial beacon in the night to all oppressed peoples of the world…

…And that’s a thing worth remembering.
